The Verdict
The efficacy is strong at 8.2, and the clean score is strong at 8.0, which is not a given in retinoid eye creams. Retinaldehyde gives it more bite than a standard retinol eye cream, while Sodium Dextran Sulfate and Sodium Hyaluronate make the eye-area pitch feel practical rather than decorative. Technology lands in the Modern band thanks to the liquid-crystal emulsion, and sustainability lands in the Good band despite Polysorbate 60 and a synthetic texturizing polymer.
