Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Anti-Aging Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid
by Charlotte Tilbury · skin_care
Editor's Take
Charlotte Tilbury earns some of the magic here: Ectoin and stable vitamin C push this rich cream beyond basic hydration, though fragrance limits its universal appeal.
Four-pillar formula scores
- Efficacy: 7.8 / 10
- Modern Tech: 7.5 / 10
- Clean Beauty: 7.8 / 10
- Sustainability: 7.2 / 10
The Verdict
Efficacy is High Performance, with Sodium Hyaluronate, shea butter, and Ectoin supporting lasting hydration, barrier comfort, and environmental stress protection. Clean is Clean, though Dimethicone and disclosed fragrance allergens make the formula less appealing for silicone-averse or reactive skin. Technology is Modern, thanks to Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate and the complex emulsion base, while sustainability remains Mixed because persistent silicones and synthetic esters do much of the textural work. A credible splurge for dry skin seeking a cushiony moisturizer, not a fragrance-free sensitive-skin staple.
