Curls Blueberry Bliss Curl Shaping Mousse

Editor's Take

Good little curl-shaping foam, but the blueberry story rides on a very conventional PVP and Polysorbate 20 base with a fragrance bill attached.

The Verdict

For curl shaping, this has the basics: PVP for film and hold, glycerin for moisture, and blueberry seed oil for emollient shine. It should give soft definition without much crunch, especially on waves and looser curls that need lift more than heavy control. The catch is what makes the foam behave: Polysorbate 20, Laureth-4, phenoxyethanol, and undisclosed fragrance drag the clean profile down hard. A credible everyday mousse, not a modern botanical treatment.
