The Verdict
This is a rare body product that actually earns its 'essence' label by delivering facial-serum formula to the torso. The five-ceramide stack and Polyglutamic Acid humectant sit at the top of the INCI, not buried as marketing dust, and the bio-alkane base (Undecane, Tridecane) replaces conventional silicones with a modern, fast-absorbing alternative. Efficacy and sustainability both land in the Very Good band, driven by the biomimetic lipid density and plant-derived emollient base. The only friction: trace Phenoxyethanol and a synthetic polymer knock the clean score to 8.6, but they're positioned well past the actives and don't compromise the barrier-repair intent. Worth it if you've been waiting for body care to catch up to face care.
