For wrinkle care, this is a serious cream: Retinol leads the anti-aging push, with Bakuchiol and Ferulic Acid giving it more than one route to smoother-looking skin. Tetrahydropiperine and the lipid-rich base make the treatment feel better engineered than the average retinol moisturizer on the shelf. The trade-off is its modern synthetic convenience, with Dimethicone, Propylene Glycol, and Phenoxyethanol keeping it out of purist territory.
