Estée Lauder Estée Lauder Perfectionist Pro Rapid Brightening Serum

by Estée Lauder · skin_care

Editor's Take

The brightening strategy earns its keep, but Dimethicone, PEGs, and fragrance make the clean positioning a harder sell than the performance.

Four-pillar formula scores

  • Efficacy: 8.1 / 10
  • Modern Tech: 7.8 / 10
  • Clean Beauty: 4.1 / 10
  • Sustainability: 7.1 / 10

The Verdict

Efficacy is Excellent: Ascorbyl Glucoside and Acetyl Glucosamine tackle uneven tone while Salicylic Acid refines texture. Technology is Modern, with ferments, Resveratrol, Caffeine, and NMF-style hydration giving this more range than a single-active serum. Sustainability is Good, but clean is Limited by Dimethicone, PEG ingredients, synthetic polymers, and fragrance. A credible high-performance brightener, not a clean-beauty pick.
