Kopari Beauty Brightening Silk Body Cream

Editor's Take

Good body-brightening bones here, with Lactic Acid, Niacinamide, and THD Ascorbate doing real work, but the silky feel leans on petrochemical polish.

  • Clean Beauty: 4.5 / 10
  • Sustainability: 7.9 / 10

The Verdict

Kopari gives this body cream more than shimmer: Lactic Acid, Niacinamide, THD Ascorbate, Papain, and Bromelain make a credible case for smoother, brighter-looking skin. The silky finish is the trade-off, because Isododecane, Dimethicone, synthetic polymer, and fragrance are doing plenty of cosmetic smoothing. It lands in that familiar middle aisle: better actives than most body lotions, less clean than the wellness gloss suggests. Worth it for body brightening with a polished feel, not for fragrance-sensitive or strict clean-beauty shoppers.
