MAC Prep + Prime Fix+ Primer and Setting Spray

Editor's Take
Mostly water and glycerin dressed up as a setting fixative, making it a highly effective mist for melting powders together but a poor choice for locking them down.

The Verdict
The bottle says formula. The INCI says something more ordinary. It relies on throwback drugstore chemistry to dissolve its soothing cucumber and chamomile extracts, delivering a fine mist that settles powders beautifully. If you expect a bulletproof film-former, the lack of heavy fixatives will leave you disappointed. It remains a credible pick for refreshing a finished face, just do not expect it to extend your wear time.
