Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream

Editor's Take

Excellent slip, modest styling power: this is old-school silicone smoothing dressed for the salon shelf, with argan oil adding polish rather than reinvention.

The Verdict

Dimethicone and Behentrimonium Chloride make quick work of frizz and tangles, while argan oil adds some lipid conditioning. The trade-off is hold: this behaves more like a rich leave-in conditioner than a durable styling cream. Fragrance, Lilial, and Lyral make it a poor fit for sensitive users, and the silicone-heavy base lowers its environmental appeal. Worth it for soft, polished blowouts, not structured styles.
