On the cheek, this is the good kind of clever: Squalane gives glide, silica knocks down shine, and the cream-to-powder finish should blur without feeling dry. The cleaner story is less polished, because the color comes through synthetic lakes rather than a mineral-only pigment approach. Sustainability is better than you might expect for makeup, helped by plant waxes and Squalane, though Synthetic Wax and a petro-derived ester keep it from feeling fully natural. Worth it for a polished, soft-matte blush with skin-comfort extras, not for anyone chasing a strict clean-pigment badge.
