The Verdict
For a dry shampoo, this is a serious worker: Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Zeolite, Bentonite, and rice starch give it real oil and odor control without a powdery, heavy feel. Olaplex's Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate is the twist, adding bond-repair credibility where most dry shampoos stop at camouflage. The trade-off is the base, led by Alcohol Denat. with fragrance and conditioning quats, so sensitive or dry scalps may not find it especially kind. Worth it for fast volume and cleaner-looking roots, less convincing as a clean-beauty pick.
