Efficacy is Exceptional, with Niacinamide and Caffeine supporting brightness and puffiness while Ceramide NP, AP, and EOP reinforce the eye-area barrier. Technology is Highly Advanced, thanks to the triple-lipid ratio, peptide blend, and fermented ingredients. Sustainability is Good, but Clean is Weak because functional acrylate polymers and several non-COSMOS ingredients pull it down.
