The Verdict
This is a conventional lip stain built on a fast-drying solvent base , Propylene Glycol and Alcohol at positions 2 and 3 push synthetic dyes (Yellow 5, Red 28, Blue 1) into the lip for genuine 12-hour wear. Hydrolyzed Corn Starch and Panthenol soften the formula, but the alcohol-heavy base can feel drying on sensitive lips. It delivers on the stain claim without pretending to be a treatment. Worth it if you need all-day color and don't mind the solvent trade-off; skip it if you want a conditioning tint or avoid synthetic dyes.
