This is a genuinely nutrient-dense hydrating toner that earns its milky texture through a Styrene/VP opacifying polymer, not empty cosmetics. Niacinamide leads the active story, backed by AquaGlucan (a fermentation-derived Beta-Glucan that hydrates more intensively than Hyaluronic Acid) and a supporting cast of rice bran extract, Ceramide NP, and signaling peptides (Argireline, Copper Tripeptide-1). The formula is built for barrier resilience and luminosity, not just surface slip. The synthetic polymer system and trace ethoxylated surfactant keep it out of COSMOS territory, but the active formula is modern and the concentration hierarchy is honest.
