By accessing or using DARE to Compare ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
DARE to Compare is a beauty product analysis tool that evaluates ingredient lists and provides scores, insights, and comparisons. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional advice.
To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans ("Pro") are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
All content, branding, and analysis algorithms are the property of DARE to Compare. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DARE to Compare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
